We're all about trails.
get involved.
The Kimberley Trails Society is a group of dedicated volunteers, that strives to continually improve the trail network in Kimberley, for the benefit of all trail users. We need your help, please become a member or sponsor today.
By becoming a lifetime member, you will help us build our network of trail users and improve our chance to receive funding. This is critically important to establish trail usage levels, which supports our efforts at securing grants for trails.
KTS is a non-profit society, and all money goes back to trail building, maintenance and to help fund KTS initiatives.
Not sure if you are already a member? Click here to find out.
Show your support for Kimberley Trails by getting your 2024 Annual Trail Pass today.
Your Trail Pass funds trail maintenance each year by supporting trail crew wages, as well as providing food, drinks and tools to our volunteer crew during Trail Work Parties.
As KTS operates under a lifetime membership model, it is crucial for our members to renew their Annual Trail Pass, every year.
New this year we have decided to include options for a family trail pass (up to 2 adults and 2 children), as well as a Youth (<18) and Seniors (>65) Trails pass.
A Trail Pass is $40. You can also "earn" yours by volunteering a minimum of 4 hours with our Trail Crew. Want to do both? No one will stop you!
To further show your support you can pick up your trail pass sticker at Purcell Outdoors, Black Dog Cycle & Ski, Bootleg Bike Co. Just show them proof of your purchase!
Reminder - Don't forget to buy your Lifetime Membership, it helps us grow as a community and we would love you to be part of it.
OTHER CREATIVE WAYS TO SUPPORT KTS
In the last decade they have engineered, designed and created numerous tools to support trail maintenance, all with a single goal in mind: improve everyone's experience on and off the trails. Here are some of their products:
Build Harder - KTS Trail Building Tool
"BH" stands for Build Harder, and is inspired from Dave Harder’s early design. Kimberley local & Bike Mechanic Wizard at one of the local bike shop, Black Dog Cycle & Ski, Dave spent a lot of his free time building trails, testing bikes and helping others progress. Having a few industry experts sitting on the board here at KTS, we took the idea and refined the design to bring it to market.
We spent nearly 2 years and 200+ hours designing, engineering, grinding, welding, assembling, testing… Totally worth it if you ask us, and we are happy with the final shape and design. Dig, Rake, Cut, Shape & Move dirt, it's ONE tool that does it ALL. Sourced and produced locally, we couldn't have done it without the generosity and support of Fab Rite Services LTD.
Our production is limited at the moment and entirely run by volunteers, with one goal in mind: all proceeds go back to the trails. We offer 3 sizes, Kid, Junior and Adult.
PRICING
JUNIOR Tool - $120 // ADULT Tool - $160 // (KID Tool - Discontinued)

IT'S BACK!!! We are excited to bring you the fourth edition of the KTS Community Fundraiser Trail Calendar. We sold out last year, so get yours now before they are gone!
What better way to showcase our incredible trails and community than making a full size calendar!?
Director Pascal Gray came up with the idea a few years ago, and all together we made it happen!
The idea: make a Kimberley Calendar to raise funds for the trails while also strengthening our local businesses during these difficult times, by featuring local photographers, locations, activities, all from/within the trail network we maintain.
Two options to get your 2024 Calendar:
- In store: We can all contribute in keeping our local businesses open while raising funds for the trails. Available now at Purcell Outdoors, Black Dog Cycle & Ski, Bootleg Bike Co., Arrow & Axe, Tree House Toy Co., Stoke Market, Gerick Sports, High Country Sports
- Online: If this your only option, you can purchase it here.
The future: This year we hand picked all photos ourselves, but to make it even more community driven next year, we would like to run a monthly contest so YOU can choose which photo goes in next. Stay tuned!
