Meetings Are important
Without our first meeting at Selkirk School in 2009, KTS would never have started. And without KTS, a lot of great trail work never would have happened in Kimberley.
Once a month, KTS directors and interested people meet to discuss what's been going on, and how to make our trail network better. Everyone is welcome, and it's a great way to get an insight into what we're all about.
We also have a number of sub committees that meet on a regular basis where they really dive into the nitty gritty of our areas of operation. Our Trails Committee works on planning trail maintenance and building, our revenue committee works on funding our society and projects, the Round the Mountain team puts on the Round the Mountain festival each year in June and our Bike park is working hard to rebuild the Kimberley Bike Park on Rotary Drive.
